Renew Mental Health is a ministry of Shepherd Church that offers annual events, workshops and a support group for individuals and families living with mental health challenges, and those who want to know more or simply have questions about mental health and potential resources.

Renew Mental Health Support Group offers a 9-session group, twice a year. This group works through a curriculum designed to provide healthy solutions for your heart and mind. 

You can expect a calm environment with helpful sessions that offer a new perspective and practical tools to address the challenges that come with living with any mental health difficulty or disorder. 

 All are welcome!

The purpose of these gatherings are to provide support and information in a caring environment in Christ’s love. It is not intended to diagnose or replace treatment such as medication or therapy.
